I have always thought of myself as a person that makes healthy food choices EXCEPT I drank DIET PEPSI or DIET DR PEPPER for decades. Great Product! It gives you energy and mental clarity! This product motivates you to get off your couch! I have a Senior in High School who takes it every morning. He said that it helps him complete his classwork and homework, also my Senior Citizen Mother drinks the Lights On and she doesn't keep still, yesterday she was in our yard raking up all the leaves!
